About Department

In our college, the department of Computer Science was started in 1994. The college was upgraded into a post graduate Department by starting M.Sc., (Computer Science) in 2001. The Bachelor of Computer Science is a three-year programme that began in 1994 and it consists of six semesters of six months duration each.

The programme follows Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). This programme help students gain a technical understanding of core computer science principles as well as the skills needed to build computer systems and applications. The Bachelor of Computer Science will be your stepping stone to develop a career in the world of computers. Here, you will get acquainted with various technologies and systems that develop computer software and hardware. Our students benefit from the Department's cutting-edge research and extensive facilities.
