GVN College has an independent Placement Office facilitating campus recruitment for organizations. It is headed by a Professor designated as Convener, Placement & Training and he is supported by Placement Officer and a full time placement coordinator. The office is also assisted by student coordinators who lead a team of placement representatives of various programmes. The placement office ensures and takes care to provide the best environment and hospitality for the visiting companies' officials. The placement office, functions in a separate air conditioned block with state-of-the-art facilities for conducting Pre Placement Talk, Written Test, Group Discussion and Interviews and has steadily progressed over the years in enhancing the placement potential effectively. It plays a very important and key role in counseling and guiding the students of the college for their successful career. More than 10 companies visit our institution for campus recruitment annually.

1. Companies are invited to the college by the placement team.
2. To the responding companies, the details of the final year students opting for placement are sent, as per the requirements of companies.
3 Mutually convenient date is finalized for campus recruitment.
4. After confirmation by the company, details of the recruitment drive are shared with students.
5. Eligible students interested in the drive apply for the recruitment drive by the company.
6. A pre-placement talk is arranged with the company and students.
7. State-of-the-art facilities suitable for the Pre-Placement Talk, Written Tests, Group Discussions and Activities & Personal Interviews are available for both virtual and in-campus modes.
8. If a company desires to hold online tests for the candidates, the arrangements will be made in virtual or in-campus mode with prior intimation.
9. The result is usually announced shortly after the selection process.
