India is a hub of different religions, castes, and culture and is a country of diversity. Unity in diversity is our principle. Discrimination against any person on his/her disability or physical limitations and minority status is a violation of the principles of equality and human rights. In order to address the issues which are related to the students & staff belonging to Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe, Other Backward Caste, minorities, persons with disabilities (PWDs) & women, the Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) has been established in the campus.
To create a campus environment where every individual, regardless of their background, has equal access to opportunities and resources, fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empowerment. Our vision is to be a leader in promoting diversity and equity, ensuring that all members of our college community can thrive academically, professionally, and personally in an atmosphere free from discrimination and bias.
The mission of the Equal Opportunity Cell is to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all facets of university life. We strive to create a campus culture that celebrates differences, values diversity, and fosters a sense of belonging for every individual.
